Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
- Our working hours are Monday – Friday from 10.00 AM – 06.00 PM. We’re in IST. We also have some public holidays that may not occur in your country. We sincerely want to provide you the best IT as soon as possible so don’t be worried too much because we occasionally check our emails and messages during those times. However, please have mercy on us and refrain from expecting us to give you quick reply during weekends and public holidays.
- Help Desk is the best way to get guaranteed, quick IT support. Create a support thread in our support help desk and we try to respond within 4 hours, maybe earlier during weekdays. If Your Request will come after 6.00 PM Then we will able to give you service next working day
